· Slowly combine dry premix (packet 1) with the wet ingredients.
· Mix until it forms a flowing consistency.
· Grease an 8 inches/20 cm cake pan with ghee or cold-pressed coconut/sunflower oil.
· Place a butter paper, pour the batter, tap twice or thrice to remove air bubbles.
· Preheat the oven to 180'°C for 10 minutes.
· Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes (at 180'°C).
· Check the centre with a toothpick or knife after 25 minutes. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
· Allow the cake to cool at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
